We don’t show individual prices online, because often an item is individually crafted for the order and prices do, therefore, vary a little in response to individual requirements. Similarly postage costs seem to alter so often it is easier to advise on these when an order enquiry is made, and , of course, these vary depending on your location in the world. But don’t worry, it’s never a vast amount as the majority of our products are quite light and we make every effort to keep post and packaging costs as low as possible.

1. Can I use my credit card and pay over the internet? Sorry - not at present.

3. How long will my order take to arrive? After we have received and confirmed the order, we will contact you and advise you of an estimated delivery date. It is possible that if we are really busy, and an item has to be made especially, it may take up to 28 days, but we will stay in touch and despatch all orders by first class Royal Mail. By the way - we have 2008 A4 calendars, three different designs all featuring the character dolls, at £1.50 each.
